Can't sign in after download

Hello, I downloaded Creative Cloud but when I launch the .exe I can't type anything nor hit "continue" hence the "stop" sign mouse. I literally can't type anything. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? Thank you!

Marc, what operating system are you trying to install Creative Cloud on?  Are any other Adobe applications currently installed on the computer?

It's on Windows 10 and I don't have any Adobe applications currently installed on the computer.

Ok, make sure and apply any available system updates, Marc. If you are still blocked from signing in, then review the settings for any installed security software to verify that it is using the manufacturer's recommended settings.
