Can't sign in or out of the Creative Cloud app

Hello Adobe
As you can see here, I'm unable to sign in to my Creative Cloud App. I rebooted my PC, I tried to reinstall the application (it didn't work because there are still apps that need it) and I tried to change some LAN settings as suggested in the Adobe Help Center; neither of them did work. I'd like to update Premiere Pro so I can work on my v23 Files but I'm stuck.
