Can't Sign in to Creative Cloud

I just renewed my memebership and tried to open up Adobe DC Pro, however it requires me to sign into Creative Cloud. Everytime I try to sign in, it immediatly says I've been signed out and must sign in again. I have tried uninstalling everything and reinstalling and restarting my laptop. Nothing seems to work. Any help would be appreciated. I am on a Mac.

I FOUND SOMETHING THAT WORKED FOR MAC USERS!!!

1. Open Finder

2. Go to /Library/Application Support/Adobe

3. Delete the SLCache and SLStore folders (and delete SLStore_v1 if that's there too).

4. Right-click on the Adobe folder that you were just in, and click Get Info.

5. Click the lock and enter the admin name+password.

6. Add your active user account by clicking the + button and clicking Select.

7. Give Read & Write permissions to everyone listed at the bottom of the window.

8. IMPORTANT: Click the gear button at the bottom of the window and click Apply to Enclosed Items.

9. Click the lock to lock the folder once more.

10. Open any CC application; this should work now! (After maybe one "Sign-In Required," that is, but it shouldn't pop up more than once!)

Okay so I got as far as getting into the library and adobe folder but it doesn’t show an SLCache or SLStore folders. Did everything else but still does the same thing.

What exactly do you mean by "I just renewed my Membership"? Step you took to do this?

 

Normally when you Sign Up for an Adobe Subscription it is Automatically Renewed, one year later and every subsequent year thereafter unless you Manually cabcel the subscription, on the date you first signed up for the subscription.

So I have no idea why you would need to Renew your membership or how you would do that.

Well I had cancelled it a while back but needed it again for my class. When I went to open Adobe it prompted me that I would need to purchase or activate so I purchased it again for the monthly subscription. After I did this, it stated to wait a few mintues for adobe to update. I let it finish but when i tried to open it again an error kept coming up. So I followed the steps of uninstalling the program and then redowloading it. However, now in order to dowload it, it tells me to sign in to Creative Cloud but everytime I try to log in, it immediately gives me the message that I've been signed out and must sign back in. I did uninstall and reinstall this as well but it is still doing the same thing.
