Can't sign into Adobe cloud desktop app and can't download apps to install.

I was able to download the Adobe Cloud app to my desktop, but it won't let me sign in, every time I try it tells me I've been signed out. I have uninstalled and re-installed it over and over again. I believe this leads to the other problem I am having whic is that I can't download  any of the apps when I click on an app to download it nothing happens, at the very bottom left of the browser window I see the following:-

"waiting for sproxy-prod.adobecc.com"

What should I do?

I did it, everything seemed to go well, everything happened as it should I saw the "

multiple lines which start with "Successfully copied the file" followed by:

Operation has been successfully completed." but I still am not able to log in through the Creative Cloud desktop app or download any apps to install.

Any other suggestions?

are you trying to log-in here, https://creative.adobe.com/ or you trying to log in to your cc desktop app?

are you using a company network?

do you still see an error message?  if yes, attach a screenshot, http://forums.adobe.com/message/4209263#4209263
