Can't sign into Creative Cloud Desktop App?

When I try to log in I get "The Adobe ID and password do not match. Please try again."  When I go to the adobe website it lets me log in just fine. But when I try to log into the app it won't accept my password. I even tried changing it, still won't accept. I tried to do the forgot password thing but the email from adobe will never send. Please help
