CAN'T SIGN ONTO CLOUD TRIAL..... After successfully downloading the trial app (software), once I enter my adobe ID & password I can't get signed-in. A small ball just circles.

Very annoying, My pop up blockers have been turned-off

Are you using Windows compute or Mac ?
