Can't sign up for student account because I study in UK and credit card is German

Hi,

I would like to subscribe to CC as a student. Thing is, I study at a UK university but live in Germany and my credit card is associated with my German address. When I go to check out, it only shows me German universities. What can I do to get the student subscription? Please and thank you!
