So my license from last year expired of the Adobe Master Collection CC 2015. So i wanted to try the 2017 edition with the free trial. But first i updated the programm and it kept validating. So i thought that wont work, so i uninstalled all the apps on my Mac book pro and reinstalled the trial version of Indesign 2017 cc. But it wont work. The FAQ learned me to deactivate my devices, so i did but it i still validating or loading AND IT SAYS "be patience". So i really want to tru the Indesign cc 2017, but because i had a license i cant?

Hi, try using the Adobe Cleaner Tool after uninstalling all the software:

Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

Then reboot your computer (don't skip this step), and try the new CC 2017 installation again.

Please let us know if that solved the issue.
