Can’t to download program for my computer

I first downloaded Lightroom cc for the first time and could not download it to my computer , so I bought a new program. The system but can’t to download same first time. And I go t looking at my email have to message and sys to broken my money from my credit card 2 time total 356*2=712฿ But why I can’t to download to my computer and how I can do it and I want to kn you can refun my money or can do something help me please thank you

    Hi Looksorn,

    As you have mentioned you are not able to install Adobe Lightroom CC on your machine, Please let us know if you are getting any error message/code when trying to install the product, if yes then please share the same with us. You can also take a screen shot of the error window and share that with us, see: FAQ: How do I capture and post a screen shot or video?

    Could you also confirm if you are following the steps given in the following help documented to install the product: Learn how to download your Adobe Creative Cloud apps?

    Also let us know the operating system of your machine with its version.

    You have also mentioned that you accidentally purchased the program twice and have paid for it twice as well, I would request you to get one of the purchase cancelled and refunded, to know how you can do that please refer to: Return, cancel, or exchange an Adobe order.
