Can't Uninstall Adobe After Effects 2015.3??!

Hey guys, I need help uninstalling my ae.

It keeps saying FATAL: Sanity check failed. No product with specified SapCode 'AEFT' and Version '13.8.0' is installed on machine.

And there is no solution. I have tried everything.

I really wanna get this app of my computer and get ae 2014 because I heard it is smoother. So any help would be appreciated!
