Can't uninstall illustrator

I was having some trouble with illustrator crashing so I tried to uninstall so I could reinstall. I specifically tried to uninstall it on my mac from the creative crowd app and now its just stuck saying 'waiting' but its been 2 days and I've restarted a couple times.

 

I have to uninstall it cause I can't even open it at this point.

 

How do I get it unstuck?
