Can't uninstall lightroom 4.1

I've got an old laptop, running Windows Vista.  I haven't used it in ages, but it still has a copy of LR 4.1 on it. I'm giving the laptop to my church, so I've uninstalled all the licensed software on it, EXCEPT for LR.  Every time I try to uninstall it, Windows tells me I need to be an Admin user.  But I AM an admin user.  The same Admin user that installed it ages ago. Everything else has uninstalled fine.  Any ideas on how to remove LR from this computer?

Getting actual support out of Adobe seems to be pretty much impossible, so I'm tempted to just ignore the problem and let the church use it, if they want it. But they won't have any idea what to do with it anyway.
