Can't uninstall photoshop CC

I uninstalled the old version(v14.0) photoshop using a third party tool(god I should not have used that...). But it still remains installed, as the Creative Clouds Desktop says. I tried uninstall it in cc desktop but it didn't work. (Is there something stuck in REGISTRY??)
