Can't update Adobe CC (2015.5)

Question

When I try to update it, it says "Windows updates required to install this product are not available on this computer. Please install the required updates and try again." When I click "more Information" I m not getting an error code, it just takes me to this page:

Error :api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing

I have tried running the recommended download, but all it does it endlessly say "windows it checking for updates". It says that the update is also available in Windows Update.

I suspect that the problem is with Adobe update somewhere, and not with my computer, because the only update available for my computer in Windows Update is for windows defender, and all of my other Adobe products update with no problem. PLEASE FIX THIS!

Hi RoxanneDavisPhotography,As you have mentioned that you have tried to install the update but nothing happens. I would recommend you to uninstall the Visual C++ Run-time 2015, see the steps on how to do that in the below help document: Errors "Exit Code 6" and "Exit Code 7" installing Adobe CS6, CS5.5, CS5, Premiere Elements, and Photoshop Elements.Once uninstalled, use the below link to manually download and install Microsoft Visual C++ Run-time 2015:Download Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 from Official Microsoft Download Center .Let us know if this helps.
