Can't update/install apps in creative cloud

Hi there!

I'm a bit frustrated- I've uninstalled, tried to reinstalled, used the cloud cleaner tool, deleted folders, and I'm still left with no software and this error message-

Exit Code: 105 -------------------------------------- Summary -------------------------------------- - 1 fatal error(s), 3 error(s), 2 warnings(s) FATAL: Error occurred in uninstall of package (Name: AdobePremierePro12AllTrial Version: 12.0.0.224). Error code: '105' ERROR: Failed to delete file: 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Installers\uninstallXml\PPRO_12_0_0_AdobePremierePro12AllTrial_12.0.0.224.pimx' LastError:5 ERROR: Failed to delete file: 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Installers\repairXml\PPRO_12_0_0_AdobePremierePro12AllTrial_12.0.0.224.pimx' LastError:5 ERROR: Error in deleting package records for sapCode:PPRO, version:12.0.0, package:AdobePremierePro12AllTrial, packageVersion:12.0.0.224 WARN: Unable to delete directory "C:\Program Files\Adobe". Error 32 The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.. Check and correct folder & parent directory permissions and then try again. I have since deleted the two files it asked to delete, but I'm still not having luck

It's a shame that I'm currently paying for software that I've been unable to use for a week or so, please let me know how I can fix this!

Just did a through go through of the same process- got around the same message :

Should I call support ? Is there anything else I can try?

It seems that there's a permission problem. Do you run the installation as an Administrator or an user with Administrator rights?

Try to create a new user account with Administrator rights and try the installation under this new account. Perhaps the user profile has an error.

Hi Alex!

I appreciate your reply. Unfortunately, I have been running actions as an administrator and I made separate account to try and install with no luck. Do you know of anything else that may help?
