Can't update Lightroom from 6.0 to 6.1

The update function (via Help/Updates) of my perpetual license version of Lightroom 6.0 doesn't seem to be able to connect to the Adobe Update-Server. When asked, it claims I have the latest LR version which isn't true. Adobe support sent me a link where I was able to download a setup.dmg file which, when opened, produced a PatchInstaller.app. This was also unable to connect to the Update-Server. In any case, I constantly get an ErrorCode saying:  Lightroom CC/6 update – June 2015  Update is not applicable. Error Code: U44M2P28. Is there any way to find a direct link to the Lightroom 6.1 file? For years, this is how updates were done. Following data might be useful:

Mac Pro (2009)

OS X 10.10.3

Lightroom 6.0 (standalone version/perpetual license)

Internet connection functions perfectly!

Thank you in advance for any help you may offer!
