Can't update my Creative Cloud Apps even though I'm running Windows 10 Enterprise...

I'm see "Not Compatible" messages next to my applications in Creative Cloud when I try to upgrade to the latest versions of the following software programs:

Illustrator v 25.0.1
InDesign v16.0.1

Lightroom v 4.0

Bridge v11.0
Lightroom Classic v10.0

Animate v 21.0

InCopy v 16.0.1

When I click the Not Compatible link, I get the following:

"Update required

you must update your system to install illustrator. Please
check the following: -Windows 10 version 1809 or later"

I'm running Windows 10 Enterprise?????
