Can't update my CS5

After bought a new MacBook, and installed my CS5, which works allright, I try to update... The download take a long time, the process go on to 100% and... a message tells me that the update has failed, please contact adobe support..

Any idea ?

Oh and... am I stupid or there is no way to contact the real adobe support team, and have to ask only the community ?

I've clicked on "Support" then Contact Us, but I go round and round, allways back to community, and can't find the "real" contact support form...

Akaramel forum only support is the only option for installation support for Creative Suite 5.

Do you receive a specific error message when trying to download or install the update?  You may want to download and install the update directly from Product updates.
