Can't update my license to PS+LR

I have cancelled my LR license but still can't purchase new PS+LR license. When i try, it say that i havbe to cancel my LR susbcription, then forwards me to app store but there appears i have already cancelled LR license, so i'm on and endless loop!!!! please help!!!.

    Please log-in to your account below.  Click on Manage Plans.  Cancelling an annual plan early incurs a 50% penalty fee.
