Can't Update Payment Info to Renew Membership
Hi there,
My payment for CC is outdated, so my payment didn't go through in order to renew my CC membership. When I was notified to update it with my most recent credit card information it wouldn't accept my info. The only way I can describe what could be happening is that the payment selection seems to be "stuck" on my old payment type. I have attached a screenshot of what I mean. Would like staff to help me. I've tried different browsers & different credit cards and it doesn't work.
