Can't update Premiere Pro,After Effects and Audition to the newest version

I use Windows 10 and when i search for app updates in Creative Cloud, it mentions that i have the latest version of all apps. In reality i have the first versions of CC 2017. What can i do to update those apps ?

I things, You must Uninstall the app then installing it.

CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when they are not
