Can't update to Photoshop 12.0.4

Hey

I have a creative suit 5 with a legal license

Photoshop won't refresh the screen during the work.

I found a solution in a forum that says, update your software to 12.0.4 and the problem will be solved

I tried to update the photoshop throw -> help -> update

and i am getting a message that says that all software are up to date, but i have verison 12.0

when i am trying to update manually throw adobe site, I get this error:

Update is not applicable. Error Code: U44M2P28

I am working on

win7 64bit

with 8gb ram

Intel i7

the link you posted is for the mac update. use the win update, http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates/
