Can't upgrade app from trial despite already owning plan

I have a Creative Cloud Photography Plan which I am appropriately being billed for. However, my desktop Photoshop app doesn't recognize that I'm signed up.

The Creative Cloud app shows that I am not paying for Photoshop CC:

So I click on 'Buy Now' to buy it:

But it tells me that I already have the product:

Help? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and I've deactivated the device which was linked to my account, hoping that it would proc my PC to activate itself. Nothing has changed.

When in Photoshop CC itself, I sign out, and after signing back in am given this message:

However, when I reopen the app, it's still showing that I have 6 days left in my trial.

Andreab73541237 I am sorry you are facing difficulties activating the Creative Cloud Photography plan on the current computer.  I would recommend utilizing the steps listed in Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications to verify you are not facing a connection error.

Clearing my cache has not worked and following the steps here https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html also has not worked.
