Can't upgrade to CC All Apps

Hey there,

today I've noticed that Adobe offers a 35$ subscription model for all apps, however I can't seem to naturally upgrade from by basic After Effects abo to the all-year all-in-one option without having to cancel my AE subscription.
Any way to upgrade without having to cancel first?
