Can't validate CS6 download

I've downloaded my copy of CS6 from my list of registered products, (I have a license left), but I am unable to validate the serial number, I get a pop up that says "Please connect to the internet and retry", but I am on the connected ont he internet! Any advice on how I can validate the serial number?

-on Windows be sure to do the EASYFIX.MSI in step 2 of the 1st link

It looks like I have TLS1.3.
