can't verify email

Hi, I want to add a secondary email to my account and I was sent a verification link. But when I enter my password to verify my email it keeps saying the "Adobe ID and password do not match. Please try again".  I then tried removing and changing my email and it comes up with there is a problem removing your secondary email address or an error occurred when changing your email. How do I fix this? My primary email is going to be deleted in a few days so I need to add another email to it. Any suggestions on how to fix this??

Hey the email I gave does not exist and I m not getting any code why did they created account without email
