Can't verify subscription

So my Creative cloud just stopped connecting the the Adobe servers for no reason. Been working fine up until today. There is no number to call, just a chat box. Chatted for over an hour and they could not help. I was told I will get a call within 24-48 hours. Why can't they figure this out? When I search it on the internet there are hundreds of post relating to the same issue. I've tried eveything and nothing is working. I'm helpless with out the use of Photoshop and Illustrator. I was able to find an old CD of Illustrator but can't find one for an old Photoshop. Anyone else having the same issues and how did they fix it?

Mac or Windows, and exactly which version of the operating system?

 

Do you have TLS 1.2 or greater?

If you have Windows 7 read this
