Can the product specialists help with this? My Photoshop CS6 froze and I was recommended to uninstall and reinstall.

On trying to reinstall it failed to initialize and says maybe a file is missing.

Because it is not a supported disc (purchased outright pre-subscription) the Adobe Chat assistant won't help resolve it!

Which operating system do you have?

 

Creative Suite installers won't work on macOS Sierra, High Sierra or Mojave without terminal workarounds. See the help article below.

Legacy Creative Suite will never work on Catalina, Big Sur or Monterey. Nor will it be tested on Win 11. Only the latest Creative Cloud products are compatible with new systems.

I’m using windows 10. It was working fine until it froze and I uninstalled it.
