My question is what happens after the free trial is over? Can i still use the image, can i get sued. Im using it for an Esport Team. Please let me know if i can stil use the image as a logo

Whatever you create using the Adobe software is your property and Adobe does not claim any rights over it. Once the license or trial is over the only thing you lose is your access to the software, however you are free to use any asset you created using the software.
