can use lightroom on diffrent computers? and why is the services here so bad ?

if I buy it for only one time and I do not like to pay every months and I first use on my Mac and after 1 year my Mac is broken and I will buy a pc and not a Mac can I then use the same dowlode ? or do I have to buy a new one  ?

I do not like  to pay every months I like to buys it one time

i have hear that you can not use on different computers if you buy it one time only
