Can you Change the order of apps in the CC dropdown on desktop?

I would like to change the order of the apps on the desktop menu drop down so that I can have my most used apps on top. Is there a way to do that? Thanks.

I would also like this reordering feature (even though I do use Launchy on my MacOSX system).

I don't use CC Desktop app to open software.   Don't need it.  I use my computer's desktop shortcuts or Start menu.   On Windows 10, my most used apps are always on top of the Start menu.

i use launchy to open but the desktop app is still a mess with programs listed (in the all apps and install apps panels) in no discernible (to me) order.
