Can you confirm I’ll be getting a refund

I cancelled my subscription within 14 days of being charged. I’m reading online however some people arent entitled to a full refund. I just need to know if it’s going to come as it’s quite a lot of money to me. Thanks

I Spoke to the team via message. And they were super helpful and gave my money back. I am really chuffed with the service still. If you are worried about your money get in contact with them. You cant Just leave it to chance.

Ps: be nice to the person you get put thought to, it can mean the world to them and you.

The 14 day cancellation period applies to the initial order only, not the renewal.  Please see the subscription terms for additional information - Legal subscription terms | Adobe

As you cancelled a prepaid plan after the annual renewal, there is no refund and service continues until the end of your contracted term.

Did you not intend to renew your plan?

I did not intend to renew, is there anything I can do to get my money back? I don’t need Adobe at This moment In My life. I’m just try to cope with some financial struggles. I was Under the impression i would receive a full refund once I cancelled.

If there is anything you Can do to help me I’d appreciate greatly.
