Can you download Photoshop Elements onto more than one computer?

If i have bought Photoshop elements 13 on my Desktop, can download the program onto my laptop as well? Or do I need to buy it again?

    No need to purchase again .

    You can install the app on multiple computers , there is no limit for installations , however you can activate using serial number on 2 computers only.

    You may download from below link :

    Download Photoshop Elements | 14, 13, 12, 11, 10

    If the serial number is for Multi-Platform , you can activate on both Windows as well as Mac,

    If it is for Windows , you can activate on 2 Windows computers only and vice versa.
