Can you duplicate Adobe Spark videos?

Hi, I've just created my first Adobe Spark video with stills and captions and now want another duplicate version with captions in another language. Can I duplicate the video and change the captions or do I have to recreate the whole thing? ( not finding much in-programme help.)
