Can you help me downloading and installing my products?

Hi. I paid for the photoshop + lightroom pack. I have windows 10. I downloaded creative cloud and both downloads stopped at 42%. I searched for help in the forums and used the solutions I found there. But none of them worked. Then I asked for help in the chat. First they told me to change some things in the registry, it worked for photoshop but not for lightroom. They sent me the direct download link and I installed it that way. But now I go to "update" in the photoshop or lightroom menu, It opens creative cloud an I have the same problem all over again. I need a way to update the products without having to download/install them all over again, beacuse it isn't practical and because every time I have to deactivate avast + my firewall, close all programs and restart my computer. I've pasted the first message I get and then what happens when I click "info". It's in spanish because I'm from Argentina. Sorry for my english.

Thanks you Gabrielaf11237360 for sharing these details and please accept my sincere apologies for the delayed response.

I was investigating more about this error and I found out that Anti-virus plays a significant role in resolving this error.

I would like to know which Anti-virus are you using? I would also recommend you to please check the announcements on Creative Cloud Download & Install form related to "Error Code: 146 and update this discussion in case you need further assistance.

Thanks,

Hi Gabrielaf11237360,

I understand your concern and I would push this feedback to the concerned team.

As you have already tried the basic steps, like deactivating firewall and anti-virus. Now, I would request you to share the screenshot of both the locations mentioned in the error. There are some issues with the permission as CC was not able to move a directory.

I just wanted to check what all components are present in those folders, so that we may proceed with the next step of deleting the required folders and re-initiate the install process.

Awaiting your response.

Thanks.
