Question

Can you just stop the annoying updates?

Your updates always violate current users hotkey habit / practise, change the default setting to an non-user friendly setting; and even worst, it keep slowing down the performance of the applications.

My photoshop were working well last year, but recently, it crashes whenever I resize a photo. Even a 4 Mb photo resizing to 120 x 120 pixels, it crashes. And the loading speed a perfermance where obviously slower compare to last year.

You just try to make money through subscriptions and keep on providing useless updates to provide your value. I just  need a stable platform and I can pay one off but there is no such an option anymore. I don't need those useless auto selection function or 3 D function. I just need basic photoshop functions.

Why do you have buyed to a CC subscription if you only need the basic Photoshop functions?

You can use Photoshop Elements also. This is still availabel as a perpetual license.

you can disable auto updates in the cc desktop app preferences.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
