So the Indesign 2023 version looks amazing but I updated too soon cen 2022 be reinstalled until 2023 is actually needed. Problem is I have critical plugins for INDD 2022 that are now gone in 2023.
This is for Windows 10.
Yes you can install 2022 using the Creative Cloud Desktop app. Follow the instrutions given in the link below

Also for the future to avoid such issues disable auto update of apps and also uncheck remove previous version checkbox when updating so that the updates are done when you want it and are unistalled only on your explicit instructions. These options are available in the Creative Cloud Desktop app.
