Can you run Adobe CC on a MacBook Air?

I was looking at purchasing a refurbished Apple 11" MacBook Air MJVM2 (1.6GHz i5, 128GB). Is anyone able to tell me if they've been able to succesfully run Adobe CC on one of these? I really only use Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Bridge. This will be my back up or I'll take it with me when I visit clients as I have a 27" iMac for the vast majority of my work. Thanks 🙂

Worth noting that it isn’t about what MacBook it is. (Though it looks very low spec and you haven’t told us how much RAM). It’s about the system you can run. Old systems can’t run new apps.
