Hello, I signed up for a free trial in September, but thereafter cancelled before the next filling cycle.  Evidently my request was not honored as I was charged for Oct 9 - Nov 8 billing cycle.  I wish this subscription to be cancelled going forward and no more charges to my account.  Thank you, Betty

Did you receive an email confirming your cancellation?  If not, check your spam folder.

Or refer to your online account's support history folder.  If you cancelled, there should be a record of it.

and if you want to cancel:  make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

if you're unable to follow the steps described, check your account (https://account.adobe.com) for a payment problem. all payment problems must be resolved before cancellation is enabled, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html

Hi Betty,

We appreciate you reaching out. I reviewed your account details and found that you have an active plan for Adobe Acrobat Pro. Did you receive any confirmation email for the cancellation?

Let us know. Meanwhile, you can also take a look at this article for the possible reasons for the charge: https://adobe.ly/43a6WB0

Let us know if it provides any helpful information.

No, did  not receive an email confirmation.  Ok, how do I cancel the active planfor Adobe Acrobat Pro as I am not very computer literate and do not know why I would have subscribed to that.  Please cancel whatever I have as am not aware of it.  As mentioned I originally just signed up for a trial of regular adobe in order to do a PDF file but cancelled before the deadline.  I have no use for anything else.  Thanks, Betty

Thanks for the update, Betty, you are currently posting in a public discussion forum, but as mentioned by Kglad, you can use the steps listed at https://adobe.ly/48YW2So to self-cancel your current commitment to Adobe. ^JW
