Cancel Button is not there

I am trying to cancel my annual plan and have tried before but after looking at the support page and following all the directions, the Cancel button is not anywhere to be found while I am in the "Manage Plan" page. Please help me out I have not used this account in over a year and really just want to stop paying, I can't afford 20.99 a month for something I don't use.

    If there are payement issues you won't be able to self cancel. Please contact customer support as indicated by John.
