I had a similar experience. I signed up for a Cal Poly student account and got a student deal on Adobe's: Adobe for enterprise. 20 dollars a month didn't seem that bad and I needed photoshop for a game-development class I was in. After subscribing I realized I got a extremely limited version of adobe with things like Photoshop Express (doesn't do anything more than windows free photos app, this version of photoshop is literally a scam). Tried to cancel the minute I subscribed, but their support: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/cancel-membership.html  said that I couldn't see the "cancel subscription" button yet because there was a problem with my payment and it should fix in 24 hours. I try 24 hours later, still not fixed. I wait for them to charge me for my first month, indicating there is nothing wrong with my payment, and the button is still not there! I then find out I should have canceled within the first 14 days to get a refund on a 1 year contract! Now if I want to cancel, when I wanted to cancel immediately, I have to pay upwards of 260$ The very definition of a scam. To remedy this crime against their customers, Adobe should consider allowing their customers to cancel their subscription "AT ANY TIME" (as stated)  and not hide the cancel button in hopes the customer never gets to use it and are forced to pay tons of money for a useless scam product (Photoshop Express, Premiere Rush, etc...). Let's be perfectly honest, their was nothing wrong with my payment (I was charged) and that wait 24 hours tip was only to shelf the me canceling until after 14 days. Just don't get/use Adobe, it's not worth the trouble.

All Adobe student plans include the full desktop version of Photoshop, which you download and install on your Windows or Mac computer... Adobe does not sell a $20/month Photoshop or student plan that does not include the full Photoshop.

If you don't see it, try here:

Thanks for the help, now I know I didn't even get a student discount on the useless product I'm locked into.
