Cancel / delete account
Hello everyone
Where can I delete my account? The support chat doesn't work for me and I don't have time to call. Can a moderator please delete my account.

No moderator can do anything with your account - moderators are users like yourself with zero access to anyone else's information/account. You need to contact Support - though I do not believe an account can be deleted - you can request a subscription cancellation (which you can do yourself thru your account online).
Contact support - For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat or phone option...
Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache. If it fails to connect try using a different browser.
