Cancel plan

Question

Hi , 
i want to cancel my plan and come out of the auto renewal plan. Not able to do it as the cancel plan option not working. Its directing to the support no 8008336687 which when called is showing invalid number. Please advice how to cancel plan? I need to do this urgently. O
