soy desde Colombia y deseo cancelar el plan de fotografía photoshop, no me aparece la opción

gracias ya lo intente no tengo manera, no entiendo por que para cancelar un plan hay que llamar desde un numero local, sabiendo que la opcion de cancelacion ya lo habia hecho antes con el boton cancelar, antes no tenia dificultades para esto.
