hi this is the 2nd month Abobe took out money from my account...I don't was this! now you leaving me broke! I asked for this to be canceled 2 months ago I have the email!

Unless you bought the MONTHLY subscription you will pay a fee to cancel early

Adobe Acrobat Reader (where you posted) is free. You wouldn't be charged for it.

Which product did you subscribe to? We can move your query.

Also, did you read the subscription terms?

I used Illustrator (Adobe Creative Cloud) for a month thats all I wanted.. went on a trip for 2 months and they continued to withdraw money from my account. It was hard enough to get ahold of them the 1st month when I asked for it to be canceled.. and now a second month and I don't want to Log and accept no Terms of use!! I just want My money back...
