Cancel Student plan when I don't know the administrator

I have seen a few people post here and the responses are always very vague, so I will try again in case I have missed something. I have a student monthly subscription that is finishing its 12 months that I want to cancel.

I am unable to cancel because there is no button for it on my account, apparently because the university administrator is the person I need to speak to for cancellation.

I don't know who that is, so how can I cancel?

I am also not allowed to speak to anyone at Adobe because when I click on the chat box it says:

-----

Please contact your administrator for help.
A member of your organization is a designated contact for issues with your Adobe products. Reach out to your administrator or IT contact for help.
For product tutorials and step-by-step instructions, try our online help.
-----
I literally have no options to cancel! I am at a complete loss on what to do now. I've heard of companies making it hard to cancel but this is by far the worst I've ever seen.

If anyone has been through this please tell me if I have any options at all apart from somehow finding out my administrator.

Thanks.

good to hear.

for others: make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

Actually finally solved it, sorry for anyone who read this. Turns out my Brave Browser wasn't letting through certain Cookies or Pop-ups even after I clicked to allow them through. I switched to Safari and then the Cancel button was there.
