Can someone help me cancel my subscription to Lightroom please? 

My iPhone doesn’t have the subscription active on my iPhone or I would do

it myself.

Im signed in, using Chrome, allowed cookies, there is no chat option. So please, how can I contact you? How can I get help?

Hi there, 

I really dont enjoy being a bother but do you maybe have any idea what to do if neither of those options work? the "contact us" link doesnt give me the option of typing, instead I get: "

Please contact your administrator for help.

For product tutorials and step-by-step instructions, try our online help"
this takes me in endless link loops. 
the manage plans option also doesnt get me very far, 
any help other than those two links would be so appreciated!!!

  1. Use a good desktop browser like Chrome or Firefox that accepts cookies and does not have any script blockers.  
  2. Log-in to your Adobe Account below with your paid CC ID and password.  https://account.adobe.com
  3. Click on Manage Plans.

Hi there,

when I reach the last part of canceling my subscription pops a window that says there is an error

and it has been like this for a few days now.
I used Adobe Acrobat for a project I finished and I would like to cancel my subscription.
