Cancelación cuenta

Buenos días.

He intentado reiteradamente contactar con ustedes para poder hablar sobre mi suscripción de Adobe. Soy estudiante en un ciclo de audiovisuales y antes de que mi escuela me proporcionara el plan de adobe que necesitaba, decidí utilizar el programa Premier con una versión de prueba de 7 días. Pasados los 7 días intenté darme de baja de este plan mediante la página web y no se me permitía. Ahora estoy pagando 2 planes a la vez y para cancelar mi cuenta tengo que pagar una cantidad de dinero. 

 

Me gustaría que se me devolvieran las 2 cuotas que ya se me han cobrado y la cuota de cancelación ya que en ningún momento he autorizado que aceptaba este plan y se me ha empezado a cobrar sin mi permiso.

I have tried to alert an Adobe friend about the issue.

 

Failing that, I am afraid you will have to ask Adobe,

 

through a chat (the chat hours are PST, 8 hours after GMT,

or through Adobe phone Support, see the different workday hours depending on country),

Click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session. Typing AGENT into the chat window should connect you directly to a CSR rather than the AI.

If the CSR refers you to the forums, insist on speaking with a supervisor and keep moving up the chain until you get someone who knows what they are talking about.
