Hola,

Hace rato que la suite me viene funcionando mal, he instalado productos de la competencia y funcionan de maravilla. Deseo cancelar mi suscripción pero cuando voy a administrar mi plan no me aparece Cancelar suscripcion

Tampoco puedo contactarme con un representante porque me dice que debo ir a administrar mi plan

Que puedo hacer?

Lo resolví cancelando mi suscripción y volviéndola a pedir.

Hi, We need cancel subscription! to Adobe XD. but for my country  i dont have the cancel button.

And i am trying in Contact customer care but its a Loop betwen screens.

Ponete en contacto con el servicio de atencion al cliente, porque es mentira que tenes el link de cancelar suscripción en tu cuenta.


Yo lo hice via twitter y me pasaron el link

Hola como estas, si, la única forma es ponerte en contacto con el servicio de atencion al cliente (la unica forma que logre fue por twitter).

Ahora estoy usando otros productos y funcionan muy bien.
