Cancelation Fee and Refund?

Question

hi i was waiting on my student verification to start my account and adobe started it on the £26 monthly plan which i didnt want so i cancelled it to change it to the correct £16 a month and now it has given me a cancellation fee of £99 and the first months payment for no reason when i have an account with adobe. i am a new uni student and £99 is a large amount of money so could i get a refund  thank you
